CHAPTER 04 : ANJANEYAR ENTERING LANKA
The night in Lanka was bright with lots of lights and fragrant smell everywhere in the atmosphere. This indicated the way people lived happily without stress. Anjaneyar started searching every house for Sita Amma. Well tuned music and dance were in all the places and houses.The songs were in praise of Ravanan. Even handicapped persons were indulging in such activities. He could see the majestic palace of Ravanan. The intricate workmanship, artistry and the overall building structure showed clearly the skills of the technicians at that time. Anjaneyar was struck with awe and saw the array of soldiers standing in readiness for any eventualities and the palace was well guarded. The wall around the palace was very tall. On one side , was the anthapuram, the harem with a lot of carved architecture. An intoxicating fragrance filled the air.

The way Anjaneyar views and describes Lanka shows the prowess of our ancestors in metal work, precious stone settings, civil work and wood work. They had available all the necessary raw materials, and were well versed in the art of mining, extraction, purifications and intricate artistry.
CHAPTER 05 : ANJANEYAR STARTS SEACHING ALL AROUND THE CITY
Anjaneyar could see the whole city’s buildings covered by the silken and smooth layer of moonlight. Iin all the buildings he could see beautiful ladies and horrible looking rakshasas and rakshasis fully drunk and enjoying themselves in all sorts of ways. The air was filled with a powerful fragrance. At the same time, He could perceive every form of Lakshmi like Veera, Dhairya, Dhana and Soubhagyalakshmi ; all blessing the city together to prosper. In this, Anjaneyar felt sad that Sita Amma ,who is actually the avatar of Goddess Lakshmi, was not visible to Him..

When we start working towards our goals, we may not yield immediate results. Sometimes, we may not even get an indication of whether we are proceeding in the right direction. However, have full faith in Anjaneyar who will guide you to reach your final goal successfully.
CHAPTER 06 : ANJANEYAR SEARCHES IN AN AROUND RAVANA’S PALACE
Anjaneyar started checking a series of well laid out and massive built houses which belonged to the two sons of Ravanan, namely Mahapaarsvan and Prahasthan. He also scanned the residences of Mahodharan, Vibheeshanan, Kumbhakarnan and Virupaakshan. Every building bore testimony to the skills of the architects of those times, which are beyond comparison. Each building dazzled with decorative lights all around to match the aesthetics of the sculpture and paintings on the walls. The beds and the cots were studded with diamonds and precious stones. Even the doors and entrances are decorated thus, indicating the extent of Lanka’s prosperity.
Anjaneyar could not find Sita Amma anywhere. He could see rows of elephants, horses, soldiers with arms, standing in readiness to face any eventuality. There were separate guards to protect the palace. Next came the harem, which housed all the girls and women, won over forcibly by Ravanan from all his enemies and kept in captivity. That harem was a lovely palace like building, with all comforts, beautiful statues and paintings all around instigating feelings of love and passion.
Creepers, plants and small trees all around the building filled the atmosphere with the fragrance of sweet flowers. The whole place was very cool. .
The detailed description of the places seen by Anjaneyar and the emotions felt by him leaves us in awe of Sage Valmiki’s power of storytelling. Narrating events that took place long long ago in such detail, without any visual recordings to fall back on, is truly a thing of wonder.
