Peer to Peer Learning Among Youth
More often than not, a student does one problem right and falters in another and this performance is reversed for another student. We have done various experiments – quite a few successful- in our approach to making education more meaningful and fruitful. One such experiment is called PLAY (Peer to peer Learning Among Youth).
Our experiment on PLAY has also been published in the International Journal of Education and Psychological Research (IJEPR) Volume 7, Issue 3, September 2018 (page numbers 29-31). Through the PLAY scheme they both can do both the problems right, both learn by this “barter” scheme and the teacher would be happy that the overall performance of the class improves.
