We have helplines across 9 cities covering the length and breadth of India.
We have provided support to 25000+ families who reached out to us on our helpline.
We have about 1100+ volunteers from India and Overseas to provide support.
We help with availability of Hospital Beds, Oxygen, Plasma, Medicines, Food and Ambulances.
From placing call to getting the needed information, everything is automated to save time.
Attender calls the helpline and chooses IVR number based on the requirement.
Attender will receive a Google Form on their WhatsApp number that needs to be the filled.
Our admin team will assign a volunteer based on the requirement and location.
Volunteer calls attender and helps with the required information.
