To expand our activities to the wider society, and to work towards ensuring better livelihoods, we have started training programmes. Many of these involve increasing the employability of the students studying in government colleges. The 3H Catalyst Project to be run by the training team comprises of highly qualified, experienced and accomplished individuals ranging from CEO’s, Directors and Vice Presidents of companies to achievers from hallowed institutions like IIMs, Harvard, IIT’s, and SSSIHL, all sharing the common passion for excellence. Our team members have trained and consulted for some of the largest multinational companies like McKinsey, Ernst & Young, Hewlett Packard, Unilever, ICICI, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, ISRO, Frost & Sullivan, Compassites, besides many others. We are in advanced levels of talks with the Government of Pondicherry and Government of Karnataka to engage in some of these skilling activities. 

Our successful experience of upskilling school and college children and teachers, coupled with the industry experience of the team has been very useful in enabling us to make the transition to upskill college students.
